Our expert-led workshop provides a unique opportunity to connect with the woodland and gain valuable practical experience. Under the guidance of our experienced Forest School leaders, Lucy and Megan, you’ll master the use of traditional tools like bow saws, bill hooks, and loppers as you harvest hazel for a variety of products.

This full-day course combines practical skills with a deep appreciation for the environment. Learn about the ecological benefits of coppicing and how this sustainable practice contributes to woodland health. Enjoy a delicious campfire-cooked lunch while sharing your experiences with fellow coppice enthusiasts.
